To get started, please click on the invitation code your received by email (know that each code has an expiration date).
You will then be redirected to our My Sis ID platform, on the company identification page to start your registration journey.
Creating your account will require you to go through these 4 phases :
All along the process, our Support Team will be available by Chat to answer your questions (pink bubble appearing on the right bottom corner of your screen).
1. User Information
To validate the first step, first enter your company ID. You can find this information in the invitation email, please verify that it belongs to your company.
If an error message stops you from moving to the next step, it could mean that your invitation code expired or that the company ID you just entered doesn't match the one that was invited to register. In both cases, please contact your client for more information.
Then, enter your email address and choose a password before agreeing to our General Terms and Conditions of Use.
Fill in the different fields with your contact pieces of information. Enter your last name, first name, job title and phone number (only one number is required), indicate your company's mailing address and click on "Next Step".
2. Account Activation
An 'Account activation' email has been sent to you from our platform. To confirm your email address and proceed, please click on the "Activate my account" button.
If you didn't receive any account activation email, please either look for a potential typing error in your email address either check your junk/spam folder or search for any noreply@sis-id.com email in your inbox. If it doesn't help, we invite you to contact us via Chat.
3. Validate your phone number
You will then be asked to insert your phone number to validate it. Select the country and type your phone number. Once successfully done, you will be asked to enter the code you received to validate your telephone number.
Your account has now been secured and you are one step away from completing your registration.
4. Bank details
In order for us to verify and certify your bank details, we need you to fill them in as explained below.
Enter the bank details that were asked to be checked, the associated bank code and validate your telephone number once again .

Your account has been successfully created. Your bank details have entered our verification process. As soon as they will be certified, you will be informed by email.
