[My Sis ID account] I lost/forgot my password

Lost your password or can't remember it? 

Don't worry, you can set a new password securely at any time.

Go to the login page My Sis ID (https://my.sis-id.com/#/login) and click on "Forgotten password?"

You will be redirected to the password reset page. Enter your email address in lower case and click "Reset Password" to receive the password reset email. 

//!\\ The password must contain at least 12 characters including 1 upper and 1 lower case, 1 digit, and 1 special character (excluding the period) //!\\ 

Once the new password is saved, click on "Back to Login" to connect to your My Sis ID account.

Didn't receive the password reset email?

To receive the password reset email, the email address entered must be the one used to create your My Sis ID account. If you have not received the email, please check : 

• Your junk mail/spam
• Is there an error in the email address I entered?
• Is the email address associated with your My Sis ID account?
• Have you finalized the creation and activation of your My Sis ID account?
