[My Sis ID account] I already have an account but someone is inviting me

It is totally possible that one of your client send you an invitation even if you already have an account on My Sis ID. It means that the IBAN your client was controling is not yet recognized/registered on the platform.

In that case, the invitation will enable a connection between your client and your company.

How do I use the invitation?

  1. Click on the invitation code
  2. Fill in your company ID
  3. When arriving on "create your account" (step 2), click on "You already have an account ? Sign in" (see image below)
  4. Sign in and add the IBAN you gave your client

Manage your IBANs

When logged in, you can manage your company bank details and add new IBANs in the "My bank details" tab, in the top right hand corner (see image below)

The main board allows you to :

  • Add a new IBAN
  • See all the IBANs registered for your company
  • Check the certification status of this new IBAN

Click on the action button on the right hand side of each line to :

  • Download the accreditation certificate and use it on your invoices
  • Disable the IBAN
  • Set/Unset as default IBAN
  • Delete the IBAN
  • Check history
